STEP ONE: Discovery Meeting

When you reach out, we’ll help you schedule an in-home or in-office visit with one of our consultants. They will evaluate your proposed entertainment area and make recommendations on custom installation solutions and home entertainment products. Call or contact us online to start your free consultation – we’ll work with you to find a time that works for you. We do ask that you are present personally during the consultation so we can better understand what you’re looking for – we want to create a custom installation that fits your needs, lifestyle, and budget.

STEP TWO: System Design and Engineering

The best audiovisual systems – the ones that balance functionality, reliability, and aesthetics – start with comprehensive and thoughtful system design and engineering. You want to make sure the installation is executed correctly the first time – doing things over, repairing shoddy work, or tearing up walls after they’ve been closed can more than double your costs. That’s why we pride ourselves on our careful attention to detail. Smart technology and integrated systems have to be perfectly aligned to function efficiently and seamlessly. Our custom systems are high-powered, easy to use, and deliver consistent performance – while still allowing for future upgrades or expansions. 

We plan every step in advance – wiring infrastructure, hardware location, user interface design, control device placement, power management, and blending the AV equipment with your interior design and architecture – no detail is too small. If you’re rebuilding or building into a new space, we’re happy to coordinate with engineers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

STEP THREE: Project Management

To achieve your desired end result, your smart technology project will take effective organizing, planning, allocation of resources, and time management. Procedures and protocols must be met and unexpected problems dealt with quickly to ensure the project is finished on time. Your specially designated project manager will oversee all of this and more. They will act as liaison between you, the contractors, and subcontractors. 

Integrating different sub-systems – audio, video, lighting, climate, network, security – is a multifaceted puzzle. Your project manager will keep track of all the pieces and make sure they fit together seamlessly through proactive management and open communication, every step of the way. 

STEP FOUR: Installation

Combining all the parts and pieces of an integrated audiovisual system required skill, precision, and more than a little finesse. As much as we appreciate our manufacturer partners, different brands and products have their own nuances and required specialty knowledge to optimize installation and provide accessible functionality and user experience. Our technicians are all highly-trained and they receive ongoing education to keep up to date with the latest models, standards, and best practices. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom audiovisual installations. Beauty and functionality should never be mutually exclusive.

STEP FIVE: Programming

Just like any other art form, it takes a lot of work to make what we do look easy. Making sophisticated technology user friendly and conveniently streamlined requires an advanced knowledge of its functionality and capabilities. Our control systems combine sub-systems – medic, lighting, audio/visual, etc. Each of these systems speaks its own language, but our programmers are professional translators, and they work hard to ensure that all of your devices communicate effectively and seamlessly over the combined network. We pride ourselves on our ability to balance technical expertise with the human element of user experience.

STEP SIX: Client Training and Tutorial

Once your project has been completed, we’ll spend some time teaching you how to use your new system and let you play around and ask any questions you may have. We’ll walk you through use of the system step-by-step and show you any special features until you feel comfortable with using it. And we’re always available for follow up training with you or another member of the family!

STEP SEVEN: System Service and Monitoring

We go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best client experience possible – and that doesn’t end with installation. Developments and changes in technology often require updates to your devices or extra maintenance to keep it running smoothly.
